I use denim a lot in my tablescapes. I love jeans...I wear them almost everyday, it seems only fitting that I would use them in my tablescapes!
DENIM CHAIR TIES- Here I used some denim to create a chair tie. I used some silk flowers I had laying around the house but wouldn't it be fabulous with real flowers! You could place the blooms into those plastic vials that florists use and tuck them into the center of a bow tied around the chairs.
Perfect for a wedding, bridal shower or just a fun backyard party!
DENIM SILVERWARE HOLDERS- My denim silverware pockets are so fun to use and add that country casualness to any party. I am thinking about hosting a country western party this fall and I will be using these for sure!
DENIM FLOWER POCKET I was playing around with some left over denim and made this flower out of scraps and decided it would look so cute placed on a pocket and then fill the pocket with silverware and a crisp white napkin.
DENIM CAKE-PLATE COVER- This has to be my all time favorite thing to use! It adds that unique touch to your table and turns any footed cake plate into something new by adding this denim waistband to it.
I love the color combination of brown, blue, and rust..giddy up cowboy!
I love the chair tie with one simple flower tucked inside.
While looking through my old posts I came across the outdoor graduation party I had for my daughter a few years ago...she had made some "senior pants" and we used them as decoration for her party! It was so fun...her school colors were red white and blue so using the denim was a "perfect fit"....no pun intended hahah.
I loved putting together this patriotic picnic basket using bandana napkins, white plates, American flags and my denim silverware holders. It worked out perfectly! Wouldn't this make a great bridal shower or wedding gift?
I had made these little denim booties for my granddaughter a little over 3 years ago right before she was born and now my daughter is expecting her third child!
I am so excited to be a grandma for the third time! I will have to plan a baby shower around these little denim booties!
I hope you have been inspired to look around and use unique items in your tablescapes and centerpieces!
Can't wait to see what has been the centerpiece of your week! Please link up with anything you have been working on....it does not have to be a table centerpiece. Share your ideas with us.

ReplyDeleteYour denim details are wonderful inspiration. Makes me want to go to the thrift store and buy some jeans. Hate that I recently took some old jeans to GW just weeks ago. What was I thinking? Love the little denim flowers as accents on pieces, and the booties are precious. Thanks for inviting me over to link up. ~ Sarah
