Centerpiece Wednesday and a Giveaway!!
By The Style Sisters - Tuesday, August 28, 2012
Welcome to Centerpiece Wednesday!
I was so excited to show you this tablescape and have a giveaway I decided to post this early!
I found these grapevine wreaths at the dollar store and decided to use them as chargers under my white dinner plates. I decided to use my sliver votive candle holder as petite flower vases for at each placesetting.
I layered two different salad plates on top of the white dinner plates. One of the salad plates is a blue turquoise plate and the other a nice tan colored salad plate. I used my cute denim silverware pockets with a napkin folded into thirds and pulled tight in the center to make a bow.
I didn't have enough of these floral napkins so I used some of the tan and brown striped napkins too for a fun look!
I had a little bit of raffia laying around and decided to use it wrapped around the top of each place setting for an airy texture feeling.
The colors in this napkin tie everything together...brown, turquoise, navy and tan.

Hi Karin,
ReplyDeleteLovely tablescape, looks like you might be starting to think about Fall....I sure am........am reading to move on to something new now.
Liked how you used the grapevine as chargers. I really should make some as I have
tons of grapevine in my backyard, and I have made wreaths before, just never thought of chargers. A new idea for Fall, cause soon the grapevine will start turning yellow and looking ugly or Fallish! lol
Clever idea with the napkins they sort of look like butterflies.
Have a great day hon, and thanks for hosting.
Blessings, Nellie
