Layered Lemon Cake with whip cream and fruit

Here is an easy dessert that makes it look like you have spent lots of time and effort to make.
This is a lemon box cake mix that I made but I used 4 eggs, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup oil, 3/4 cup sour cream. Bake at 350 until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once cake is done and cooled, cut each cake layer in half so you have 4 layers. Start with one layer and frost with fresh whipped cream that has sugar and vanilla added to it, add your favorite sliced fruit. I used sliced strawberries and sliced peaches.
There was not one piece left!

You did a fantastic job! I really enjoy when you feature this type of work. While I realize that you definitely choose different finishes based on sell-ability, it's really nice that you at least go way better than the standard "builder grade" stuff that's been seen. You've got my dream job- I'd love to pick finishes like this! Anyway, great job.
