This menu sounds fantastic!!!! It would be perfect for one of the tables I have set up for my fall classes except for the chicken part. This part of the country is really sensitive about showcasing its prize beef! :-) Cholesterol aside, that's what we do here....but I will admit to being partial to chicken! (I am probably going to be excommunicated from the Midwest!!!) Looking forward to seeing your pictures!
