Welcome to Centerpiece Wednesday!
I found these photos on BHG, Country Home, Country Living and in a book called Celebrating Home. They inspire me and hope they inspire you too.
I can't wait for Thanksgiving!
The traditions of the foods, the beautiful table, your gathered family! It doesn't get any better!
No matter where you live or how you live you can always create a tradition in your family for any holiday.
Be Creative, think outside the box, create a comfortable, cozy nest in your own home that brings your family together to enjoy the season of Thanksgiving.
I am grateful for my family and all they bring to the table of life!
What has been the Centerpiece of your week?

Thanks for the ideas. I posted some on my blog last week, as I'm gearing up to host quite a group this year. I think we'll also do a gratitude tree, which I'll be posting about this week. Have you seen those?
ReplyDeleteLove all these ideas! I think I'll do a little inspiration post myself. Not sure if I'll be hosting a dinner this year or not. I usually get off the hook on that!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by & telling me about your black/white bedroom. You did a great job with yours! Looks like our wall colors are very similar too. I really am liking this combo.
Those are gorgeous! I love fall.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful inspirational photos - thanks for posting them!

Wow! Those pictures look fantastic. It's kind of like looking at beauty magazines because now my dining room table has low self-esteem.
ReplyDeleteLoved the picture of the white pumpkin that they made into a turkey.....I'm having an Ina Thanksgiving this year...I call it that whenever it's just me and the husband on a holiday...I always think if it's okay for Ina and Jeffrey it's okay for Sue and John....
ReplyDeleteI'm not worthy! I'm not worthy! Your pics are bee-yoo-tee-ful!
ReplyDeleteWe go to my mom-in-law's for turkey day and we're lucky if we get turkey themed paper plates.
(Thank goodness Mom-in-Law does not do the internet *snicker*)
Your pics are awesome and I scrolled down a bit and just love, love, LOVE your red couch! It's not too much red at all.
BTW, thanks for visiting my blog, it was mighty kind of ye!
Also, can I come to your house for Turkey day? :)
That last picture just makes my heart flutter. As 'the kids' my husband and I find ourselves on the road every holiday. So I dont get to 'do' a table or planning. Sometimes it makes me sad, but mostly, it makes me tired sometimes. Is it awful that I just want to be in my own home for a holiday?
ReplyDeleteSure enjoyed seeing the great pics & reading your comments ~~~ Thanks for taking the time to share both!!! What a NICE break for me! Blessings, Linda/ RMS "Mom..."
