Briased Chicken thighs in crockpot
We found this yummy recipe and just had to share it with you. The chicken falls right off the bones.
Everyone loved it!
What You'll Need:
1 onion, halved lengthwise and sliced
4 new potatoes (about 1 pound), cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 cups baby carrots
1 1/4 teaspoons salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, divided
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine (See Note) substitute 1/4 cup broth if you would like
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
6 bone-in, skinned chicken thighs (1-1/2 to 1-3/4 pounds)
What To Do:
Coat a 6-quart round slow cooker with cooking spray. Add onion then top with potatoes and carrots.
In a medium bowl, combine 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, the broth, wine, garlic, and thyme. Pour broth mixture over vegetables. Combine paprika, remaining salt, and remaining pepper; rub evenly over chicken thighs, and arrange over vegetables.
Cover and cook on HIGH setting 1 hour; reduce heat to LOW setting, and cook 6 hours, or until chicken and vegetables are cooked through and tender.

Centerpiece Wednesday and a wrap up
Welcome to Centerpiece Wednesday and last weeks wrap up!
These are some of my favorites..love this wreath! All the moss and the darling eggs! I currently have no wreath on my front door and it looks naked! This could be the perfect one! Just dip it in chocolate
How about this simply fabulous Dr. Suess party! The details are amazing...I love these cupcakes but you need to see how she decorated the backdrop with sticky paper. Circus Berry
OOOH scrumptious...I love anything lemon! Check it out at ...A Pinch of Joy
This tablescape is just so cute and the perfect look for spring. I have a white rooster and some similar striped fabric...so I just may have to do a little copy cat ;) don't you love the little hen on a nest on each plate! So cute!
Thanks everyone for your participation in centerpiece Wednesday each week! I can't wait to see more!
Link up whatever has been the centerpiece of your week.
Next step just start folding according style..about 1" folds.
Do you love the toys? My lovely assistants are always right next to me "helping me"
Once the paper is accordion folded...fold the entire paper in half so you will know where to cinch it up in the center.
I like the pointy petals. I Snipped off the edges into a points. Then start carefully separating each paper by pulling it up to center creating a "petal".
