Summer eating at its best! Centerpiece Wednesday

By Karin Brosnan - Monday, August 20, 2012

WELCOME TO CENTERPIECE WEDNESDAY!
I love summer time eating! The food is so fresh and all the herbs make it so flavorful!
For my table I used my orange placemats and my black and white dishes which I love love love!
My new favorite guilty pleasure is herb butter! Oh my gosh...my daughter made this the other night for us and we can't get enough of it! We use fresh Rosemary and Thyme chopped up and mix it up into some butter and spread it n some yummy bread and it is fantastic!
Even my hubby who is not a big bread lover is addicted to this now!
My centerpiece is flowers from Costco! I love their selections and they are pretty cheap too!
I can't tell you how much I love black and white dishes!
For our dinner I grilled corn on the cob from the Farmers market and slathered it in the herb butter! We also had BBQ'd chicken that we marinated in Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce that is finger lickin good!
My typical spinach salad...apples, fresh raspberries and sliverd almonds with Brianna poppy seed dressing!
Also from the Farmers Market we got some fresh green beans and sautéed them in a pan with turkey bacon, onions and a little olive oil!
oooh I may make this again tonight! Hahaha

Fresh flowers are always a hit on any table as far as I am concerned. Your black
dinnerware is very pretty. My daughter just got black and white dishes for her
