Quick dessert idea and another sneak peek!

SNEAK PEEK #2 OF MY TABLE FOR CENTERPIECE WEDNESDAY AND A RECIPE!
I came up with this fun quick and easy dessert! It looks so fancy and yet it is so easy! This is now going to be a family favorite!



MINI FRUIT CAKE TARTS
1 box of frozen Sara Lee poundcake
1 box instant lemon pudding
Strawberries
Blueberries

Directions:
Thaw your frozen poundcake for about 15 min...you still want it somewhat frozen but not solid.
Then slice your cake in half length wise so you end up with two thin rectangles (instead of a brick of cake) 
Use a 1 3/4"scalloped round cookie cutter and cut out as many little circles as you can get out of the cakes and place them on serving tray.
Whip up a box of instant lemon pudding...5 min and it was ready.
I used a melon baller to scoop out a tiny bit of pudding to place on top of each little cake. 
 I sliced a strawberry in half and placed it on the cake followed by two blueberries and HELLO instant dessert that looks like I have been baking all day!! They were do delicious!!
