Here is the yummy Orange Roll Recipe we made the other day.

Refrigerator rolls AKA orange rolls

1 pkg dry yeast
¼ c. lukewarm water

1 1/2 cubes butter melted
2 tsp. salt
½ c. sugar
1 ½ cups warm water
5 cups flour
2 eggs

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.

Pour warm water over butter, salt and sugar; cool to lukewarm

Add yeast, Add 2 ½ cups flour and mix well.
Add beaten eggs and remaining flour.
Beat well and cover with a dish towel and let rise to twice the size.

Dough will be sticky.

(If making the dough the night before) Cover and put in refrigerator.

If you refrigerated your dough....TWO and HALF HOURS before baking, roll out dough and form into rolls, put on lightly greased pans, cover with dish towels and let rise until doubled in bulk.
Bake 400 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 dozen rolls
